Cataby P003 Project

The works comprised of the supply, modification and refurbishment of equipment to be installed within wells to dewater mining pits. This in turn supplied water for processing ore at the wet concentrator plant and other infrastructure facilities. The package comprised of 32 dewatering well infrastructures and 4 injection well infrastructures in which Plummers performed all tasks including procurement, refurbishment, manufacture, inspection, installation and assembly to complete the works in accordance with the specifications, drawings and contract.

The package contained:
•Refurbishment of 23 x 11kw bore pumps and procurement of 15 x 30KW bore pumps,
•Rising main and headworks
•Refurbishment of 9 x 20 KVa gensets and procurement of 15 x 80KVa gensets,
•Redesign and modification of 20 x 11kw and 14 x 30kw VSD control panels

The project was the 2nd stage awarded to Plummers Industries due to our vast array of equipment, resources, technical know-how and capability to complete projects within extremely tight timeframes.
