To stabilise groundwater rise and collect supplementary hydrogeological information an effective long term dewatering system was developed. The project was the 1st stage of a contract to Supply all labour, equipment, materials, supervision and project management to complete the groundwater rise Project which comprised of;

•3 x dewatering wells equipped with Grundfos submersible pumps, CUE Controllers, MIRI transmitter with HMI display, instrumentation, generators and Distribution boards.
•3 km DN160 PE100 pipeline from the dewatering wells to a construction pond
•Bredel transfer pumps and pumping station
•4 km DN160 PE100 pipeline from construction pond to the clay pan
The project was a success as the pipeline with the associated structures was constructed with in timeframes and budget and the crews hard work resulted in the award of the 2nd package.
